Shipping and Returns
Welcome to the Golden Coil family! With each order shipped, we feel more excited to see how you use your planner/notebook to organize your life and increase your productivity. We understand the excitement that mail brings, so please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your order at contact@goldencoil.com.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you cannot find this email, be sure to check your spam mailbox—if afterward it is still not found, please contact us at contact@goldencoil.com.
SHIPPING
Domestic Planner/Notebook Orders:
Each domestic order of 1-3 books will be shipped via FedEx 2 Day. As each order is custom, it is printed on demand and will typically be processed, printed, and shipped within 4-5 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping will take an additional 2-5 days. We recommend scheduling the start date of your planner to be approximately two weeks from the order date. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended. For information on any delays, please reference the banner at the top of our website.
Domestic orders of 4+ books will be shipped via USPS Priority. Shipping for these orders will take 2-3 business days after our standard 4-5 business days for processing. We recommend scheduling the start date of your planners to be approximately one to two weeks from the order date.
International Planner/Notebook Orders:
If you are outside the USA, your order will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. You may typically expect your order to be processed, printed, and shipped between 4-5 business days from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and holidays). FedEx International Priority shipping takes an additional 2-3 business days; however, this does not take customs processing into account. We recommend scheduling the start date of your planner to be at least two weeks from the order date. However, during busy seasons, processing times may be extended. For information on any delays, please reference the banner at the top of our website.
If you find that your country is not listed as one that we ship to, please contact us at contact@goldencoil.com and we will make note of your request. Additionally, please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs/duties/delivery fees and delays when shipping outside the US.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping for domestic or international orders.
Domestic Accessory Only Orders:
If you purchase only an accessory, it will be shipped via USPS First Class 2-3 business days after purchase. Shipping within the USA will take an additional 1-3 business days.
International Accessory Only Orders
Each international accessory only order will be shipped via FedEx International Economy 2-3 business days after purchase. International shipping will take an additional 4-6 business days.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Every order will receive tracking information via email approximately 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been placed.
RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on custom items unless there is an error or damage on our part. If this is the case with your order, you will need to contact us at contact@goldencoil.com within 10 days from the day it is received.
ERRORS
Prior to confirming your purchase on our site, you will be asked to confirm a preview of your custom product. By confirming this preview, you understand that the content of your purchase will be printed as shown. This is what any errors in your printed product will be compared to when submitting a return form.
DAMAGES
Any major damages should be documented when received so that we may assess where the damages are done and how we may remedy the problem right away.
CANCELLATIONS
As each order is immediately sent to print upon purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to any order.
